How it works

One call or form gets your radon question to a company that serves your part of Ward County.

  1. You call or send a request

Tell us your town and what you need: a first test, help with a high kit result, a test for a sale, or a look at a system that's acting up.

  2. We connect you with a local company

We send your request to an independent radon company that works in Minot and nearby towns.

  3. The company handles the job

They quote, schedule and do the work. Pricing, warranties and terms come from them directly.

What we are and aren't

Minot Radon Removal is a referral service, not a contractor. We don't send crews or employ technicians, and we don't set prices. Using the site is free for homeowners.

North Dakota DEQ doesn't license radon mitigators; it says a homeowner may install a system or hire an installer, and it keeps a list of radon mitigation and measurement people located in the state. Separately, the North Dakota Secretary of State requires a contractor license for any job costing more than $4,000. Ask the company about NRPP or NRSB certification, check any contractor license on the Secretary of State's FirstStop search, and get a written proposal that covers the post-install test and what's warrantied.
